Mark Ziskind
President
Mark Ziskind is the founder and President of Headwaters Group and has worked in the field of IT Consulting for over 15 years. Before founding Headwaters Group in 2004, Mr. Ziskind was part of Sun Microsystems’ Professional Services Consulting practice where he was responsible for advising clients on deploying storage and data management solutions. Prior to joining Sun, Mark was part of PriceWaterhouseCoopers strategy and technology consulting practices that advised Fortune 1000 companies as well as startups on their technology investments and strategy. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tulane University in Business, as well as a Master of Science from the University of Virginia in Management Information Systems.
Bob Flagge
Practice Director
Bob Flagge is the Director of Business Development for Headwaters Group and has been in sales for over 15 years. Prior to joining Headwaters Group, Mr. Flagge’s background was in the mortgage industry and commercial real estate. He specialized in office tenant representation and land development for Grubb & Ellis. He attended Georgia State University’s Ph.D. Program in Economics and earned a BS in Economics from Hofstra University.
Sandy Sweeney
Director of Operations
Sandy Sweeney is the Director of Operations for Headwaters Group. As a senior software manager and consultant, Sandy has led product development groups including design, development, quality assurance, implementation and support teams. She has directed and executed sales team collaboration efforts, marketing initiatives and collection activities. Sandy has also managed the complete planning and execution of business and client conferences. She is very engaged as a community volunteer and project coordinator at local schools. Sandy earned her BA in Business Administration, Information Systems at Georgia State University.
Kathryn Scalisi
Chief Financial Officer
Kathryn Scalisi oversees the financial function of Headwaters Group. She has more than 30 years of business financial and accounting experience.
